Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions
Canvyr is offered as a recurring monthly subscription, billed monthly by Lattice Sphere LLC with payments processed by Square. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
2. Cancellation
To cancel your plan, email support@canvyr.com. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew and you keep access through the end of the current paid billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period except as described below.
3. Refunds
If you are a first-time subscriber, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment by contacting us. After that period, monthly payments are generally non-refundable. We may issue refunds at our discretion, for example in the case of a duplicate charge or a verified billing error.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email support@canvyr.com from the email associated with your account, including the date of the charge. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
5. Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time; the date above reflects the latest version.
